Murder and rape of Prescillia: the defendant confesses "everything"

While he had supported during education to have been invited to toss off a glass by the girl the evening of facts, maintaining the idea of a game of seduction, he admitted in front of jurors to have entered the family home voluntarily at about 23 h 30 where he knew Prescillia be alone. The young man rape of Prescillia, today 24-year-old, also admitted having made her follow him in the neighbouring mill where his body was found, to violate her and to kill her by fright of the retaliation of her fellows. Samuel Malécot asked for forgiveness the family of Prescillia and its friends. But the mother of the victim got up to howl: "I will never excuse you".
Neighbour of the family Delaveau, Samuel Malécot had passed his afternoon in their home together with the stepbrother of Prescillia and with friends to play the video console and to drink beers. The teenager was also present, having dried the secondary school, using programmed absence the same evening of her parents.
Heard first as witness during researches, Samuel Malécot had been merged by his DNA and had passed to admissions during his questioning, four days after the discovery of the body of the teenager, on Sunday, October 26th, 2008. One waits on Friday for the verdict.
